Hello! My name is David Curtis and I’ve been working as a Trainer since 2012. I have been involved in the fitness industry for most of my life, and on a variety of different levels. These include school athletics, military service and a full-time career as a Firefighter/ Paramedic.
After reaching a point in my own personal journey where I learned to embrace health and wellness as a complete lifestyle, I developed a strong desire to share my knowledge and experience with others. This led me to my first fitness certification.
Since becoming a Trainer I have remained passionate about helping my clients achieve their health and wellness goals, and I have continued to pursue more advanced education on an annual basis as part of my overall commitment to excellence in client service. I take great pride in following the science of exercise, and I employ only evidence based strategies to ensure that clients reach their maximum potential!
I firmly believe that in order for a person to reach their goals they need to possess a safe and effective exercise program that is customized to meet their individual needs. It also needs to be a program that is sustainable.
Whatever your personal needs may be, I am ready to devise a program that’s right for you! Remember, achieving optimal health and wellness is a lifestyle, and for many this requires a complete lifestyle change. Having an experienced coach makes this process a lot more manageable.
Contact me to arrange a one-on-one consultation and functional assessment. I am eager to assist you with taking that next step toward a healthier and happier you. One year from now you will wish you had started today!
In good health,
